Who can
order parts online?
All current customers of EPW can order
online. All you need to do is register;
it's fast, free and easy. If you are not already an EPW
customer, just register and we'll review your account
information and add you as a customer. |

Ok, I've
registered. Now what?
Once we have received your registration request,
we review it and set your company up in our system if
you are new customer. This process usually takes less
than 1 business day. We will send you an e-mail message
once your account has been reviewed and added.

In the
meantime, notice that when you log on to your
newly created account, the Login
area to the lower left shows your e-mail address
and "Approval Pending".
This will change to "Approved"
when your account has been activated.
Your account must be Approved before you can
search for parts online. |

How can
I get UPS tracking information on my order?
Tracking and order info is located in My
Account > Order
Status. Tracking information is being
constantly updated so you'll always be able to tell
where your order is. |

I can't
remember my password. What do I do?
Go here to our Password
Recovery form. Just enter your e-mail address and you'll
get an automated response containing your password in
seconds. |

Is the
e-mail address and password case sensitive?
No. Don't worry if you like to keep your caps
lock on. You can use upper or lower case letters. |

Do I
have to have an e-mail address to register on this site?
Yes. A working e-mail address is required to
access our site.
