How do I Search for Parts?
There are several ways to search for parts online:
By Part Number - Enter your part number in the Search Box in the top left area of the website (below the EPW logo). Click "Go" and the search engine will list the parts matching the part number.
By Category - Click on the Category button in either the top menu bar or the side bar menu. It will display the list of categories and sub-categories. Choose the category you need to display the parts.
By Manufacturer - Click on the Manufacturer button in either the top menu bar or the sidebar menu to display all manufacturers. Click the manufacturer name you need and all parts associated with that manufacturer will be displayed in order of part number.

How do I Purchase Parts?
First you must log in and have an account to purchase from our site. If you do not have an account you can register for one free. It takes between 8-24 hours for your account to approved for preferred pricing. You will receive account confirmation by email.
Once logged in, click on a listed part. It will give you a description and the option to Add to Cart. Clicking Add to Cart will place the item in your shopping cart and show you your total. You have the option to Continue Shopping or Checkout Now.
Once you check out, you will be asked to select a shipping method, payment method, and then confirm your order.

What are the Payment Terms?
EPW has various payment options:
1) Major credit cards. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
2) Net 30 days from date of shipment for customers with established credit . (Exports may require special payment terms).
3) Wire Transfer. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. No cash payments accepted. To see all conditions, go to Terms & Conditions.

How often do I need to Register?
Once. Registering securely and privately establishes your account with EPW and you are free to purchase at will. Read more about EPW's Privacy Policy and Security Policy respectively.

What if I forget my Password?
You can request a new password by going to My Account. Towards the bottom of the page it says "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" You'll be asked to enter your email and a temporary one-time use password will be sent. You can immediately change to a preferred password when you log in. For security, passwords are not recoverable in the system so if you lost one, the only option is to request a new one.

Why do you need my Email Address?
We use email to communicate order confirmations or order issues with our customers. Also, if opted by the customer, email is also used to disperse notices or specials that benefit our customers. At any time, an email recipient can request to be removed from our marketing mailing list by unsubscribing from within the email special. EPW never sells or distributes customer's email addresses or other personal information to other businesses. For more detail, read EPW's Privacy Policy.

How do I check my Order Status?
Once logged in, you can check your Order Status (or Order History) by going to My Account. At the top of the page you can click "View Your Order/Billing History" or simply scroll down to the bottom of the page. All your purchasing transactions will be listed with options for further info if necessary.

How do I Track my Shipped Order?
If your order has shipped you can track it from the Track Order link in the top right area of the website. You will need to enter EITHER your 4-Digit Customer Number, Purchase Order Number or your Sales Order Number.

Can I use my Own Shipping Account?
Yes. If you have your own shipping account and are purchasing online, you can request to use it in the "Notes" section of the Check Out page of the site. Be sure to let us know the carriers name (UPS, FedEx, etc) and your Shipping Account Number. If you are are ordering by phone and want to use your own shipping account, simply let the customer service rep know you want to use your own shipping account.

What if I receive the Wrong Part?
If you need to return a part, it must include the Return Authorization Number and be in the as-delivered condition. All returns must be approved by EPW and may or may not incur a restocking fee, depending on stock status of the part at the time it was purchased.
