Wholesale Only:
Identification is required from all purchasers. Possession of our wholesale catalog does not constitute the right to purchase from EPW.
Prices and Payment Terms:
Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
For purchasers with established credit, terms are net 30 from date of shipment. Exports may require special payment terms.
If credit is not established, please include payment with order by wire transfer or through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Cash payments are not allowed. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.
Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% per month on any unpaid overdue balance.
Force Majeure:
EPW shall not be liable for any costs or damages due to delay caused in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of EPW in the conduct of its business.
Returns and Cancellations:
Returns and cancellations must be approved by EPW and may or may not be subject to a restocking fee. All returned items must be in as-delivered condition and require a Return Authorization Number in order to receive credit.
Sales Tax and Applicable Law:
EPW is required to charge state and local taxes on items for which a sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. As EPW is based in California, any disputes will be governed by California law.
Freight:
Unless otherwise stated, freight and all other shipping fees will be charged for all shipments. The consignee must pay all taxes, duties, and any extra charges incurred due to special handling by the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, consignee must file claim with the carrier.
