Customer Freight Account Option: If a customer wants to use their own shipping account with UPS or other freight company, they can request to use it in the "Notes" section of the Check Out page. Make certain you include the carrier name (FedEx, UPS, etc.), type the service level that you would like to use, such as "UPS Ground" or "FedEx Overnight" and most importantly, INCLUDE SHIPPING ACCOUNT NUMBER.
Please note that if you select this option, EPW relies on your promise that your carrier can bill your freight account directly. In the event you or your company does not pay the charges directly to the customer's carrier through your freight account and as a result the customer's carrier charges the shipping fees to EPW, EPW reserves the right to bill your credit card or account for such shipping costs plus an adequate processing fee.
The following paragraph is part of the EPW Terms & Conditions:
Freight: Unless otherwise stated, freight and all other shipping fees will be charged for all shipments. The consignee must pay all taxes, duties, and any extra charges incurred due to special handling by the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, consignee must file claim with the carrier.
